Progress on our 2 room addition. To give a little perspective, the main house is to the left of the pool in the pictures. The middle picture is taken from the back yard - looking towards the house/back patio.
PINEWOOD EAST SUBDIVISION
Most of the men in our neighborhood got together on weekends to make the following improvements to our neighborhood - they built the brick columns that line the main entrance as well as the name sign that introduces you to the neighborhood. We give $150 per house each year to contribute to these projects as well as for other maintenance. The homeowners association works to receive matching funds from the city in order to do all of these projects at almost no cost to us.
